Hardcover/E-reader books:

I highly recommend looking into an out-of-hospital childbirth education series to learn more about the labor and birth process, relaxation techniques and more. If you are delivering at a hospital, you can also see what resources they offer and take a tour of the labor and delivery unit. I also have more class types and listings by request on my resource list. (see below)

Besides pregnancy and birth, I have compiled a resource list of:

  • breastfeeding support groups

  • birth/family photographers

  • midwifery practices

  • placenta encapsulators

  • massage therapists

  • chiropractors

  • therapists/support groups

  • local parenting groups

  • pediatricians

  • babywearing meetups

  • and more
